First Adventure of 2013

It has been a slow year physically….I know it is only 9 days old. I have a lot of other projects on the go in my aim to have a productive year. The coaching side over at Stoic Focus appears to be taking off (thank you for all who’ve pushed me to do this officially) and my personal written work is starting to take shape in the form of a planned book. I’d not hold your breath for that one though.

I took a day last week and went out into the mountains. Me, my hands and feet, the rain. I took a direct route up Tryfan in some interesting conditions and eventually stopped short of the summit. It was too wet, I was getting a little over exposed, I needed to think smart. Still a wonderful day on my own in the vertical.
